Подавить пробелы между записью столбца и новым разделителем столбца

Question

Как объяснялось в другом посте, я определил разделитель столбцов следующим образом:

\newcolumntype{"}{@{\hskip\tabcolsep\vrule width 1pt\hskip\tabcolsep}}

С обычным разделителем |я @{}делал запись столбцов одна за другой. Это больше не работает: есть ли способ заставить это работать также с новым разделителем?

В качестве минимального полного рабочего примера в первой таблице текст Roundотстоит от разделителя, а во второй — находится рядом с ним:

Использовать

\newcolumntype{"}{!{\vrule width 1pt}}

нет

\newcolumntype{"}{@{\hskip\tabcolsep\vrule width 1pt\hskip\tabcolsep}}

!похож на @автоматический \tabcolsepпробел, но не подавляет его, поэтому смежный пробел @{}подавляет его.
