Как сохранить все комментарии в новом файле latex, созданном командой newwrite?

Выше код создает Theorem.texфайл. Но все комментарии (это комментарий 1, это комментарий 2) исчезают. Как сохранить все комментарии %this is comment 1, %this is comment 2?

при создании %catcode 12 он потеряет статус комментария (возможно, вы также захотите сохранить переводы строк?)
