Как добавить подпись в длинную таблицу

Question

Я пытался создать longtable, но это не очень работает. У меня две проблемы:

1. Таблица создана на следующей странице (я пытался решить эту проблему с помощью пакета longtable, но, похоже, это не сработало).
2. Подпись к длинной таблице расположена в странном месте.

Как уже отметил @DavidCarlisle в комментарии, в первую очередь избавьтесь от \centering, adjustbox, и tabular.

Чтобы таблица вписывалась в ширину текстового блока, нужно разрешить автоматический перенос строк во всех 8 столбцах. Я бы также убралжирный шрифтчисел в столбцах 4 и 8 и вместо этого выровняйте их по соответствующим десятичным маркерам. (Не злоупотребляйте жирным шрифтом, если только вы намеренно не хотите показаться любителем покричать на людей...) И, чтобы придать заголовку более наглядную структуру, рассмотрите возможность размещения объявлений единиц измерения в отдельных строках.
