Я пытаюсь использовать файл .lbx в качестве собственной языковой поддержки для библиографических ссылок. Файл уже находится в C:\texlive\2019\texmf-dist\tex\latex\biblatex\lbx и называется 'basque.lbx'. В настоящее время пакет babel поддерживает баскский язык.
Я создал следующий MWE:

Однако процесс компиляции, похоже, не находит файл 'basque.lbx', упомянутый ранее. Фактически, файл журнала содержит следующие сообщения:

Package biblatex Warning: Language 'basque' not supported.
(biblatex) Using fallback language 'english' on input line 7.
и вместо этого загружает файл на английском языке. Есть идеи, как решить эту проблему? Я уже попробовал решение, опубликованное в следующей теме:biblatex игнорирует собственный файл lbx. Но случай немного другой, и \DeclareLanguageMappingкоманда не решает проблему.
