Question

Мне нужна помощь. Я хочу показать что-то вроде "Пример 5.1.1" (имеется в виду Глава 5, Раздел 1, первый пример), но когда я переписываю код, у меня возникает проблема. Вот мой код:

Там показано "пример 5.1.5.1". Как мне его исправить?
