Долгое время (но не в текущих версиях) формат latex выдавал ошибку при создании файла, .fmtесли исходный файл был старше определенного возраста. Это было сделано для того, чтобы побудить людей обновиться, а не просто использовать раннюю предварительную версию latex2e.
Итак, если вы не подделаете системные часы или не измените исходники texlive2007, чтобы пропустить эту проверку, то создание любого формата latex (например, latex, pdflatex, lualatex, ...) приведет к ошибке, показанной на рисунке. Когда установщик прокручивает ошибку, фактические форматы все равно собираются, но запуск initex будет иметь ненулевой код выхода, и поэтому в конце сводка предупредитpossibly failed.
Итак, если предположить, что вам действительно нужно собрать TeXLive 2007 (а из ваших других вопросов это далеко не ясно), то эти предупреждения ожидаемы: они просто предупреждают вас о том, что вы используете старые исходники.
