Как и предложил Тутул, я добавил следующую строку в main.cf, перезапустил postfix и снова попробовал отправить письмо с тем же результатом: письма на любой домен, кроме humansolutionsinc.com, работают, а письма на любой адрес в пределах домена — нет.

Ладно, вернемся к исходной точке. Я изменил /etc/host и /etc/hots на redmine (без домена). Впоследствии я изменил их обратно на redmine.hsi.com и запустил:
