Пытаюсь собрать nginx по этому руководству:https://calvin.me/nginx-ldap-http-authentication/

Я на Ubuntu 16.04 и использовал nginx 1.12.2 вместо того, что у него в этом руководстве. Я изменил его скрипт сборки следующим образом:

Проблема в том ~, что если использовать $HOMEвместо этого, это должно работать.

Расширение тильды в оболочке немного странное... Как правило, оно встречается только в начале слова.

Оболочка выполняет раскрытие тильды сразу после =, но только если это назначение переменной (как в переменной окружения), что в данном случае не так.

Ваши варианты — либо использовать что-то вроде $HOME, что должно надежно раскрываться, либо использовать пробел вместо =при передаче аргумента, например --add-module ~/nginx-auth-ldap. Оба варианта должны работать нормально.
