Я не понимаю вывод ntpd.

Мой вопрос: может ли сервер foohost получить время 30.251.32.1?

Вот моя конфигурация:

Если ответ @Sirch слишком сложен для прочтения, вы всегда можете использоватьнтпстат.

Например:

> ntpstat
synchronised to NTP server (185.233.106.45) at stratum 3
   time correct to within 39 ms
   polling server every 1024 s

Или еще «проще»: timedatectl status.

> timedatectl status
      Local time: Fri 2018-08-24 10:35:05 CEST

Конечно, вам все равно придется знатьнекоторыйосновы.

Самый простой способ это увидеть:

ntpq -c peers

Вы увидите, к каким серверам осуществлялось подключение, как давно это было сделано и сколько раз они отвечали за последние 15 попыток.
