Условный ProxyPass и ProxyPassReverse Apache на основе Cookie

Question

Я пытаюсь динамически задать параметры ProxyPass и ProxyPassReverse в файле httpd.conf на основе cookie, существующего в запросе, но у меня нет удачи в поиске решения. Вот псевдокод:

  if cookie exists

    ProxyPassReverse http://localhost:8080/vaadin/
