(Массовая) электронная почта не приходит. Непонятно почему

Пожалуйста, наберитесь терпения, пока я пытаюсь объяснить проблему как можно лучше (английский не является моим родным языком).

Один из моих клиентов предлагает развлекательное онлайн-шоу, нацеленное на компании, чьи сотрудники сейчас вынуждены работать из дома из-за пандемии коронавируса. Это транслируется в прямом эфире на YouTube. Каждое шоу подбирается под компанию, заказавшую шоу.

Когда компания регистрируется на выставку, ей необходимо предоставить список адресов электронной почты сотрудников, желающих посетить онлайн-выставку.МойЗатем почтовый сервер рассылает каждому сотруднику стандартное электронное письмо (от имени моего клиента) с небольшим текстом, описывающим шоу, и ссылкой на трансляцию на YouTube.

Прежде чем отправлять email-кампанию, я всегда отправляю образец на mail-tester.com. Я всегда получаю идеальный результат 10 из 10:

Тем не менее, в большинстве случаев небольшой процент отправленных писем не доходит. Несмотря на то, что все письма были отправлены на адреса электронной почты в одном домене (от клиента). Я списываю это на то, что люди случайно удалили письма, или, возможно, у них в системе слишком активен антивирусный сканер.

Так или иначе, вчера мне нужно было отправить email-кампанию сотрудникам заказчика моего клиента. Ничего не пришло. Я пробовал снова и снова, ничего не пришло. Я понятия не имею, почему. Я скопировал часть соответствующих строк из моего файла журнала mail.info. Я не знаю точно, как читать файл журнала, но я не вижу никаких явных ошибок.

Я изменил доменные имена следующим образом:

• onlineentertainment.com — компания моего клиента
• mymailserver.com — мой почтовый сервер
• receivedomain.com — доменное имя компании, сотрудникам которой я пытаюсь отправлять электронные письма.
