По-видимому, этинастройки реестра мгновенны-нет перезагрузкиили что-либо еще, что требовалось после использования RegEdit в Windows Server 2016 Datacenter. Возможно, перезапуск приложения мог бы потребоваться, если бы использовалось автономное приложение, однако мне не нужно было перезапускать IIS или какие-либо пулы приложений, чтобы исправить мои веб-сайты.
