Я пытаюсь загрузить и установить Jenkins на свой VPS после переустановки образа (Ubuntu 22.04), но при попытке загрузить его я всегда получаю сообщение об ошибке.

Я попробовал пинговать этот IP-адрес (137.226.34.46), и все работает нормально.
