Contabo VPS работает под управлением сервера Ubuntu 22.04, нет firewalldи не ufwзапущен, fail2banустановлен и настроен, но в настоящее время остановлен, чтобы выяснить, что происходит.
У меня nc -4 -k -l -v 173.212.xxx.xxx 1026запущен процесс, который прослушивает порт 1026. 173.212.xxx.xxxЭто публичный IP-адрес VPS, и он доступен извне (например, порты 22, 80 и 443 работают нормально).
По какой-то причине я не могу подключиться к 173.212.xxx.xxx:1026, соединение всегда истекает по тайм-ауту. Но это не относится к SSH и HTTP/HTTPS. Мне интересно, почему я не могу подключиться к другим портам, несмотря на то, что они прослушиваются и отображаются nmapвот так:

Я могу подключиться к порту 1026с localhostудаленного хоста, но не с удаленного. Но почему? Я, очевидно, что-то упускаю. Есть ли у кого-нибудь идея, почему, по-видимому, все порты заблокированы снаружи, т. е. где это можно настроить? Я не помню ничего, кроме настройки fail2banнесколько лет назад.
