Ваш ключ должен быть загружен и chmod'd на 700. Он ищет в каталоге .ssh, но файл не существует. Пакет, который вы установили, или внесенное вами изменение, должно быть, стерли или изменили каталог или его разрешения, основываясь на предоставленных вами журналах.
Обратите внимание, что даже если вы находитесь в каталоге "root", вы все еще находитесь в каталоге "user", поэтому привилегии root ничем не отличаются от привилегий любого другого каталога $HOME - то есть root не получает автоматически уровень 7xx, если только вы не выполните chmod. Хотя маловероятно, что это права доступа, и более вероятно, что файл .ssh/authorized_keysили связанный с ним файл был непреднамеренно удален, об этом стоит помнить.
