Конечно, Python (2.7 и 3.6) и ca-сертификаты хорошо установлены и работают.
Когда я пытаюсь установить этот пакет через Synaptic, Synaptic предлагает мне удалить почти все пакеты Ubuntu :/

Именно поэтому, удаляя libssl1.1:amd64, Synaptic хочет удалить все Ubuntu...
Я проверяю, все мои пакеты в порядке
- sudo apt install -f - sudo apt --fix-broken install - sudo apt install --reinstall libssl1.1 python-httplib2 - ... Все магические команды, которые я обычно пробую, чтобы разрешить эту ситуацию.
Я обнаружил в /var/log/apt/*, что 9 месяцев назад ansible был удалён (вместе с этим знаменитым python-httplib2) (я обычно не использую ansible на своём ноутбуке...):
