Многопользовательская карта переключает порты при перезагрузке

У меня есть 2-портовая сетевая карта Intel на моем компьютере с Ubuntu 18, а также сетевая карта на материнской плате, которую я не использую. Изначально я хотел настроить две сетевые карты с разными IP-адресами, но это не удалось, и теперь у меня 2 IP-адреса на одном порту сетевой карты, но на двух интерфейсах (eth0 и p4p1). Часто, когда я перезагружаю машину, Ubuntu переключается на другой порт Ethernet на сетевой карте (неподключенный), и я не могу понять, где я ошибся в своей конфигурации. Кто-нибудь видел это и исправил? В конечном итоге я хотел бы разделить два IP-адреса и иметь каждый на своем собственном порту Ethernet. Я просто не могу понять, как назначить программный интерфейс на аппаратный порт. Я сделаю логи и конфигурации доступными, просто скажите мне, что вам нужно. Спасибо.
