У меня HP LaserJet Pro M148f-M149f, и я использовал программное обеспечение HP для печати и сканирования 18.04.5 LT. Все работало хорошо с апреля, но теперь функции сканирования говорят, что не удалось открыть устройство. Часть печати работает, но есть несколько предупреждений о том, что часть факса не устанавливается (я не буду использовать часть факса, поэтому предпочел бы, чтобы ее там не было. Сам принтер недавно обновил программное обеспечение, так что это подозрительно. Есть ли какие-нибудь рекомендации или есть ли способ удалить и начать заново? Кажется, что-то не так с подключаемым модулем или доступом к подключаемому модулю
