При запуске apt-get install weboobя получаю сообщение «не удалось найти пакет weboob»

Однако пакет доступен для Debian:https://packages.debian.org/jessie/weboob

И я раньше бегалapt-get update

Ваш sources.listфайл неполный; для Debian 8 вам следует использовать что-то вроде

deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie main
deb http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main

как минимум (это даст вам все пакеты в Debian 8 с их обновлениями безопасности).

If you want to be able to download source packages, you should also add

deb-src http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie main
deb-src http://security.debian.org/ jessie/updates main

Если вы также хотите получать стабильные обновления до того, как они будут «официально» выпущены как точечные обновления, вы можете добавить

deb http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main
deb-src http://httpredir.debian.org/debian jessie-updates main

Наконец, если вы хотите иметь доступ кбэкпорты, можете добавить
