Я попытался установить qpdf 5.1.3; версия по умолчанию — 5.1.1 (у меня Ubuntu 14.04).
После компиляции иззагрузка sourceforge, установлена версия 5.1.1. Вывод /usr/local/bin/qpdf --version:
qpdf version 5.1.1

Выходapt-cache policy qpdf
qpdf:

Это сбивает с толку, и если я побегу
find . -type f -name 'qpdf' -exec {} --version \;
в исходной папке я получаю
qpdf version 5.1.1

таким образом, по-видимому, скомпилированы две версии.
Что здесь не так?
