когда я пытаюсь собрать Linux в каталоге сборки с помощью make O=<linux_build_directory> ARCH=arm Image, получаю такие ошибки:

У меня была та же проблема, что и у вас.

и наконец исправил это с помощью установки пакетов заголовков плагина gcc:

sudo apt-get install gcc-5-plugin-dev
