Ubuntu 18.04 登入循環和指令無法定位

在我打開系統電源後，我陷入了登入循環。當我透過終端登入後，許多命令（例如“ls，sudo，…”）不起作用並說：

the command could not be located because '<path of the command>' is not included in the PATH environment variable

當我這樣做時這個問題解決了source ~/.bashrc，source /etc/environment但我仍然不知道如何登錄
