ubuntu升級後螢幕像素不穩定

升級Ubuntu 並重新啟動後，我的筆記型電腦螢幕像素開始不穩定，但如果我連接到第二個螢幕，第二個螢幕像素就很好，這只發生在我的筆記型電腦上，我嘗試安裝Fedora ，運行升級後也很好又開始了，有人有什麼建議如何解決嗎？

只需再次降級 ubuntu，幾個月後再次升級，因為很多時候升級會破壞一些東西，並且需要時間來修復它們。
