Ubuntu 14.04 - 未知顯示，最大解析度為 1024x768

我有一台筆記本 Lenovo ThinkPad T540p，配有 Nvidia GeForce 730M 顯示卡。目前，我在透過 VGA 連接埠連接的第二台 LG 顯示器上設定正確的 1920x1080 解析度時遇到問題。

我已經嘗試了所有可能的解決方案，但唯一對我有幫助的解決方案是透過 HDMI 連接線連接顯示器（最初是 VGA）。我的筆記型電腦上沒有 HDMI，但它有mini display port，所以我買了miniDisplayPort to HDMI適配器，現在一切正常！
