maas 安裝期間發生錯誤

在 vSphere 上安裝 maas ISO 16.04.2 期間，出現下列錯誤。

An error occurred while installing the database:
psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory Is the
server running locally and accepting connections on Unix domain socket
"/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?

有任何想法嗎？常規安裝 ubuntu 伺服器可以正常運作。
