我有一個靜止的我的網路上的 IP 位址。

我可以 ping 通 Google 的伺服器之一:

您需要 /etc/resolv.conf 檔案。它告訴伺服器使用哪些名稱伺服器作為解析器。我懷疑您的伺服器目前正在嘗試使用自身,並且您沒有配置命名來充當解析器。

詢問您的 ISP 或託管提供者使用哪些名稱伺服器作為解析器。如果所有其他方法都失敗,請將以下內容放入 /etc/resolv.conf 中,這兩個應該可以工作:
