若要解決 openssl/asn1.h no such file 問題，請檢查您的變數LIB和INCLUDE系統變數。
在 Windows XP 中，您可以使用下列命令從 CMD 提示字元視窗執行此操作：
SET LIB
SET INCLUDE
它們應該包含 OpenSSL 目錄的 lib 和 include 資料夾。在我的機器上：
SET LIB C:\OpenSSL-win32\lib;etc;etc;etc
SET INCLUDE C:\OpenSSL-win32\include;etc;etc
您可以像這樣新增到系統變數：
SET LIB=C:\OPenSSL-win32\lib;%LIB%
