無法在 psql 中製表符補全

由於某些原因，製表符補全功能在我的 Mac 上不起作用psql。我可以在 Ubuntu 中使用 Tab 完整的表格和欄位名稱，但在 Mac OS X 中按 TAB 不起作用。

我可以成功地使用向上/向下箭頭鍵在 psql 命令歷史記錄中來回導航，因此 TAB 無法正常工作很奇怪。

配置：

即使停用 .psqlrc，我也可以重現此問題 ( psql -X)。
