解決建立 docker-machine 的問題

我在正確啟動 docker 時遇到問題（我使用--virtualbox-no-vtx-check），即使我無法在 docker 中建立機器，它顯示：

我使用 Windows 10 Home、docker 工具箱、帶/不帶 VirtualBox、NDIS5/NDIS6、核心隔離關閉..
