嘗試修復 Windows 11。
1.DISM/證監會 （50%成功）
(1) Open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator.
(2) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /StartComponentCleanup
(3) DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
(4) SFC /SCANNOW
(5) Restart when all the above is complete and test.
DISM和SFC是初步修復。如果這不能解決問題，請執行 Windows 11 修復安裝。
2. Windows 11 修復安裝。 （80%+ 成功）

Windows 11 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button) and select Download.
Run the downloaded file (double click on it). You will need a USB key as running the download creates a USB Key.
Run Setup on the USB Key. This will launch the Repair.
Proceed normally answering the prompts.
The default Keep prompt is to Keep Everything.
3. 重新安裝 Windows 11。（99%成功）
如果「修復安裝並保留所有內容」失敗，則作業系統損壞更為嚴重和/或 Windows 使用者設定檔已損壞。
無論哪種情況，請備份所有資料並全新安裝 Windows 11。
