如果我嘗試--允許刪除，當然這可能有用...但是刪除這些 runc、podman 和 containerd 檔案安全嗎？之後會起作用嗎？在這樣一個主要發行版上發生這種情況真是太奇怪了，但我找不到可靠的解決方案。

和podman包buildah與docker-ce.首先刪除它們：

yum erase podman buildah

然後您可以安裝docker-ce：

yum install docker-ce

或者

dnf install docker-ce
