Pip 不會讓我卸載打字模組

我運行一個 Unix 伺服器，它使用環境模組來處理不同的軟體包。在安裝 JCVI 時，我遇到了多個錯誤。我最近收到的錯誤是這個錯誤：

AttributeError: type object 'Callable' has no attribute '_abc_registry'

經過一番谷歌搜尋後，我找到了一個解決方案，告訴我卸載輸入模組，因為 python 3.7 及更高版本的該模組存在問題（該伺服器運行 3.8）。

我嘗試卸載此模組，但它輸出完全相同的錯誤：
