找不到 mathbbol 和 Metric (TFM) 文件

但是當我嘗試包含時\usepackage{mathbbol} 出現此錯誤：

字型 U/bbold/m/n/14.4=bbold14 at 14.4pt 無法載入：找不到公制 (TFM) 檔案。\maketitle

我該如何解決？

發生在我身上。強制MIKTEX控制台更新所有包，問題就消失了。
