biblatex引用命令支援兩個可選參數：前註和後註。如果您只提供一個，它將被解釋為後注。因此，要單獨使用前註，您需要明確提供後註的括號：

\command[⟨prenote⟩][⟨postnote⟩]{⟨keys⟩}

這裡\command是任何引用命令。

因此，在您的特定範例中，您需要使用：

\parencite[e.g.][]{key}
