兩列頁面版面配置中的標題問題

我想使用兩欄頁面佈局來設計字典，但是在格式化頁眉時出現了一些意想不到的問題。與表頭相關的問題描述如下：

  1. 如何刪除每個左欄頁開頭的欄標題？圖片如下：

  1. 如何在輸出的 PDF 文件中加入書籤（切換到每個單字組開頭位置的每個大寫字母，例如A、B、等）。C準確地說，當我透過 Acrobat Adob​​e Pro 打開輸出時，我找不到左側的書籤。我已經加載了該包hyperref，但是它不起作用。

我調整了程式碼，最終解決了標題格式問題。如果我們沒有透過指令renewcommand或內部 Tex 定義定義全域裝飾頭規則，\makeatleter \define\headrule{...}\makeatother則該裝飾頭規則將不會顯示為左列標題。這就解決了第二個問題。另一方面，我們可以透過指令控制整個頁面（包含兩列）的左頁首和右頁首的升降\raisebox{\leftmark or \rightmark}。這就解決了第一個問題。我改良後的Tex程式碼如下：
