我無法理解你想要做什麼，因為你有太多的空白來分散你的程式碼（事實上我看不懂葡萄牙語也無濟於事）。但是當你有 時\begin{minipage}[c][0.25\textheight][t]{\linewidth}，它0.25\textheight告訴TeX這個框佔據了頁面高度的四分之一（應該是a4paper，而不是A4，順便說一句（並且你的文本高度仍然很奇怪）。將其更改為0.5\textheightafter% ÁREA DE ATUAÇÃO使它們不再但這更像是一種繃帶，並不能真正解決問題。
