顯然，gunicorn 正在運行並監聽http://127.0.0.1:8001/：

哎呀！這是一個愚蠢的錯誤。和ProxyPass應該ProxyPassReverse是：

ProxyPass /stream/ http://127.0.0.1:8001/stream/ #<-- was missing /stream/ here
ProxyPassReverse /stream/ http://127.0.0.1:8001/stream/
