我可以將它作為本地伺服器使用。

但我希望它成為一個公共伺服器。

我遵循了很多教程，但它仍然不起作用（我無法從外部電腦連接伺服器）。

我正在使用java，與com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc庫一起使用。

當我嘗試使用我的 IP 位址連接伺服器時，它會拋出異常：
