網站上圖片不一致的 403 Forbidden 問題

要求網頁上嵌入的圖片時，我得到不一致的 HTTP 403 Forbidden 結果。這種情況在 FireFox 中發生得更頻繁，但在 Chrome 中偶爾也會發生。這個網站已經使用了很多年，幾週前才出現。我控制網站和伺服器，但不知道如何解決此問題。當我刷新頁面時，似乎是不同的資源組合導致了問題。
