SNS：無法刪除未訂閱的電子郵件訂閱

Question

訂閱清單（aws sns list-subscriptions-by-topic以及 UI）顯示可能已取消訂閱的訂閱「已刪除」。

看起來沒有辦法刪除它們，但是，為同一端點建立新訂閱將簡單地替換它（一旦確認）。
