sudo apt-add-repository ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get remove --purge qbittorrent libtorrent-rasterbar8
sudo apt-get install qbittorrent

從 ppa 重新安裝 qbittorent 您將獲得 3.3.4 版本，這應該可以解決問題。
