ToC などでは、デフォルトでページスタイル\chapterを使用しますplain。 希望どおりの結果を得るには、これをfancyToC などのページスタイルに変更する必要がありますが、その後、スタイルを元の定義に\chapter戻す必要がありますplain(もちろん、\chapterページにヘッダーが必要な場合は別ですが、これは好きではありません)。 複数ページの ToC に対応する MWE の改訂版を以下に示します。
