Nginx は access.log にエラーログエントリを書き込みます。

Nginx からの 403 エラーに対して fail2ban を設定しようとしています。しかし、何らかの理由で error.log ファイルが空で、すべての 403 (およびすべての 4XX、5XX) エラーが access.log に出力されます。ただし、設定を確認したところ、問題ないようです。

更新。また、私はエラーログ指令の内部/場所が変わりましたが、何も変わりません。

更新3。両方のログファイルの権限は同じなので、問題ありません。

error.logサーバー側で発生するエラー、つまり HTTP エラーコード 5xx やその他の起動/内部エラーに関する詳細情報が含まれています。

すべての HTTP エラーステータスコードをログに記録するためのものではありません。

特定のHTTPエラーのみをログに記録したい場合は、access_logフィルタリング付きの2番目のエントリを作成できます。以下の例はnginx ドキュメント若干の修正を加えます:

map $status $loggable {
    default 0;
    ~^4 1;
}

access_log /path/to/log combined if=$loggable;

マップはステータスコードをチェックし、$loggableそれに応じて変数を設定するために使用されます。デフォルトのアクションはログに記録しないことですが、HTTP ステータスコードがで始まる場合は4、リクエストがログに記録されます。
