Vor kurzem begann meine 22.04-Installation auf eine besondere Art und Weise einzufrieren:
- Bildschirm eingefroren;
- Tastatureingaben bewirken scheinbar nichts;
- ABERComputer funktioniert noch.
ich weiß, dass3stimmt, denn ich habe an Zoom-Anrufen teilgenommen, bei denen es eingefroren ist. Der Anruf läuft weiter, ich kann die Leute reden hören, aber wie gesagt, der Bildschirm ist eingefroren und nichts, was ich mit der Tastatur mache (z. B. Ctrl+ Alt+ F1), passiert.
Ich habe auf 23.04 aktualisiert, aber das Problem besteht weiterhin.
Ich habe das Systemprotokoll vor dem Einfrieren geprüft, kann daraus jedoch nicht erkennen, was los ist.

Leider geben die Protokolle keinen klaren Hinweis auf die Ursache des Problems.
Dieses Problem kann häufig durch instabile Grafiktreiber verursacht werden. Das Herumspielen mit Grafiktreibern kann Ihr Betriebssystem beschädigen (also erstellen Sie vorher ein Backup!), aber Sie können versuchen, in Ubuntu die App „Zusätzliche Treiber“ aufzurufen und alternative Treiber auszuprobieren. Wenn diese nicht funktionieren, können Sie auch Treiber direkt vom Hersteller installieren, falls dieser welche anbietet.
Dieses Problem kann auch durch fehlerhaften Arbeitsspeicher (RAM) verursacht werden, aber wenn das der Fall wäre, würde ich nicht erwarten, dass Zoom usw. weiterhin funktioniert. Sie können ein Tool wie memtest86+ verwenden, um dies zu testen.
