Hier ist ein Ansatz, der @Werners zweite Lösung ergänzt. Ich möchte Ihnen empfehlen, das Unnötige (und fast schon vulgär wirkende) loszuwerden.deutlichUndKursivschriftin den Kopfzeilenzellen. Bei einer gut strukturierten Kopfzeile sollte die Verwendung von Fett- und Kursivschrift überhaupt nicht erforderlich sein. Um sicherzustellen, dass die Tabelle automatisch die gesamte Breite der Spalte einnimmt, möchten Sie möglicherweise eine tabular*Umgebung anstelle der tabularUmgebung verwenden.
