Tabelle mit zwei Spalten mit fester Breite

Question

Ich möchte eine Tabelle mit zwei Spalten und fester Breite erstellen, wie im folgenden Bild:

Ich habe diesen Code verwendet:

Das Problem besteht jedoch darin, dass keine Ränder vorhanden sind und der Text außerdem mit der zweiten Spalte des Dokuments überlappt!!
