Vereinfachung und Kreise, die auf die Achse zeigen, mithilfe der mehrfarbigen Y-Achse pgfplot

Ich habe das folgende Diagramm nach meinen Wünschen erstellt.

Kann man das vereinfachen?

Allerdings fand ich es sehr umständlich, die Y-Achse, Beschriftungen und Teilstrichbeschriftungen einzufärben, während die X-Achse schwarz blieb. Besonders schlecht finde ich das Einstellen des Farbstils der Achse.

Gibt es eine einfachere Möglichkeit, dies zu tun?
