Sie können p-type columns (oder X-type mit tabularx) verwenden. Oder teilen Sie einfach lange Zellinhalte auf mehrere Zeilen auf. Außerdem empfehle ich, booktabsIhre Tabelle zu verschönern; verwenden Sie caption, um den Titel hinzuzufügen.

Ich schlage eine Lösung mit den makecell& geometry-Paketen vor (letzteres, um anständigere Ränder zu haben, wenn Sie keine Randnotizen verwenden). Ich habe mit dem cellspacePaket einige Verbesserungen hinsichtlich des vertikalen Abstands in der Tabelle hinzugefügt:
