Tengo problemas con mi Dell Latitude 5420. Mi conexión a Internet funciona bien en Windows 10, pero cuando uso Ubuntu, mi conexión funciona bien con Wi-Fi, pero no con Ethernet.
Tengo una velocidad de descarga de 2 o 5 Mb/s con Ethernet y 100 Mb/s con Wi-Fi.
Tengo una velocidad de carga de 200 Mb/s con Ethernet y 100 Mb/s con Wi-Fi.

Como puede ver, con Ethernet la carga funciona bien, pero no la descarga.
¿Pueden ayudarme a resolver este problema en mi computadora portátil Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS?
FYI: Parece que este problema también ocurre en OpenSUSE Leap 15.3.
