Tengo una Dell XPS 17 (9700) y Ubuntu 22.04 LTS y, a veces, cuando inicio, Bluetooth está desactivado y no se puede activar a través de la interfaz de usuario de Configuración (alternar no hace nada).
Lo único que ayuda es apagar y comenzar de nuevo (reiniciar no ayuda). Tengo la BIOS más reciente.

Pero mi problema parece ser ligeramente diferente. Aquí están los resultados de los comandos que se sugirieron en el otro hilo. El último comando dice "el servicio Bluetooth está activo", pero la interfaz de usuario dice que está apagado y ninguno de mis dispositivos funciona.
